Phase 1 Expansion – 2118 Milvia Street Expansion Project
This project adds a new six story building on a site at the corner of Milvia and Center Streets to expand the number of classrooms, add art studios, increase learning resource facilities and expand student and faculty support areas.
Phase 2 Expansion - Remodel of Existing Center Street Building
This project is a renovation of the existing building at 2050 Center Street which will begin construction after relocations to the New Milvia Street Building are complete. It will increase the number of STEM Labs/Classrooms, expand the library and improve faculty office spaces.
Infrastructure Improvements
Civil Infrastructure projects generally include site improvements to each campus such as roads, pathways, parking, bike lanes, trails, ingress/egress access, and landscaping. They may also include improvements to utility systems including sewer, power/electrical/renewable, water, security, and heating/ventilation/air conditioning systems. These projects are being defined and will be posted here as they are approved to move forward.
